The house is located in Port St Joe...just 1/2 mile east of Mexico Beach - both quaint coastal beach towns. With many points of interest, water sports and a tranquil shoreline, the area offers opportunities for both adventure and relaxation.
This is a contemporary modern, fully equipped, beautifully appointed private oceanfront residence. The large main floor deck spans the width of the house while facing the ocean to offer magnificent daily sunset views. The deck's stairs lead directly to the white sand beach.
Sleeping accommodations include two top floor bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 guests ( twin beds, queen sized bed + twin roll-away for a fifth guest) Each guest bedroom has a full bathroom and both share a large sundeck with panoramic view of the ocean.
Guests love the home’s spacious living /dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen, TV/media room with large movie DVD library. Full sized laundry room. Other amenities include an elevator ( extra fee to use) and gas fireplace during winter months.
This is a non- smoking property. Adults guests only. Not suitable for children /families with children. No pets allowed.
